Job Title: Executive Assistant to Leadership Team

Are you an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic Leadership Team? Our client, a well-respected company in the Charity and Events industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their Chief Executive Officer and the Leadership Team. This is a temporary position offering full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the Chief Executive's diary, coordinating meetings with external individuals and organisations.
2. Support the Chief Executive in all aspects of their role, liaising with stakeholders and handling general enquiries.
3. Take accurate minutes at board meetings and other required meetings.
4. Assist with report writing and develop PowerPoint presentations.
5. Manage the Chief Executive's travel arrangements, including bookings and logistics.
6. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external contacts.
7. Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team as required, including diary management, RSVP responses, and meeting preparation.

10. Customer service-oriented, understanding and meeting internal and external customer needs.
11. Strong planning and organisational skills, able to manage time and meet deadlines.
12. Team player, working cooperatively with colleagues and stakeholders.
13. Knowledge of diary and meeting management at a high level.
14. Experience in minute-taking and report writing.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
16. Academic/professional qualifications.
17. Knowledge and appreciation of the arts.
18. Previous arts administration experience.
