What you’ll do
As a Sales Support Automation Coordinator, you will be a centre of excellence for data management and process optimization across digital projects:
* You will set up a hub for digital and data support, making sure data in SharePoint and Excel is organized and meets quality standards.
* You will help business teams with data mapping and compliance, either by guiding them or doing it for them, ensuring all mapping follows the rules.
* You will keep track of tasks across teams, follow up on unfinished work, and send reminders to keep data management on track.
* You will provide user support for digital projects, helping with content access, onboarding users, fixing missing information, and managing system access requests.
* You will work with different teams to improve data workflows and support initiatives.
* You will monitor and report on key processes, checking data accuracy, completion rates, and workflow statuses, and provide insights for improvement.
* You will support the growth of digital tools by helping develop internal tools and giving feedback on potential improvements.
Who you are
You will improve data quality and compliance by ensuring data in SharePoint and Excel is accurate and meets established standards. You will resolve project-specific support requests promptly, meeting defined SLAs for response and resolution times. You will ensure high on-time task completion rates across teams by proactively following up and reducing delays. You will receive positive feedback from internal teams and users, reflecting the effectiveness of your support for digital solutions and system access. You will increase the use of structured data insights by business teams, enabling more informed decision-making and streamlined workflows.
