Birmingham Children’s Trust Learning Academy is committed to support the continuous professional development of our workforce. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Learning Academy to lead developing digital and blended learning approaches to enhance our learning offer.
With the ability to communicate and engage effectively at all levels and be confident in building and maintaining positive working relationships, you will have a clear understanding of a customer-oriented culture and be proactive in promoting this. You will have a demonstrable ability to organise and deliver project-based work in relation to learning and development.
You will have the ability to lead the development of E- Learning as part of a blended learning offer. This will include being effective and efficient in identifying learning needs and applying them to the development of e-learning. Possessing excellent IT and administrative skills you must be able to manage your own workload and respond to deadlines and competing agendas.
