The project:
The Business Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, supporting the Mace team embedded within Sizewell C and Hinkley Point C commissions, facilitating recruitment efforts, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities and a proven track record in business management and development.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

You'll need to have:
* Graduate calibre.
* Proven track record of operating in a complex working environment.
* Demonstrates strong business/commercial approach and understanding of business needs.
* Proven experience of working in partnership and building strong working relationships with senior managers to improve people management.
* Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice people solutions to drive a high performance culture.
* Experience of coaching and influencing senior managers.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence effectively with all levels of an organisation.
* Understands how to work with the business to identify, develop and retain talent.
* Confident in the use of MS Office and digitally literate.
You'll also have:
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
* Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
* Commercial and financial acumen.
* Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
* Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
