Job title: Principal Engineer – Systems Engineering

What you'll be doing:
* Provide subject matter expertise and advice to internal and external stakeholders on Systems Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering
* Coach and mentor others in Systems Engineering practices
* Lead activities and supervise the tailoring and development of Systems Engineering practices to suit specific project needs
* Effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure the development and delivery of optimised systems
* Demonstrate expertise in a given domain and quickly absorb and process new domain knowledge
* Collaborate across Engineering disciplines and other functions
* Your skills and experiences:
o Broad systems engineering knowledge with experience across the full engineering lifecycle
o Familiarity with systems engineering approaches, processes, and procedures
o Strong foundation in the science of engineering, including physics, chemistry, and mathematics
o Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in a STEM discipline
o Awareness of disciplines that impact system design, such as engineering, law, commerce, management, logistics, and politics
o Membership in a relevant professional institution and Chartered (or actively working towards Chartership)
o Proven ability to coach, mentor, and assist others
