Telesales Executive
We are seeking a proactive and talented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic Telesales team in Derby. Your role will be vital in driving the growth of our organization, leveraging our extensive range of products and services. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, cultivating, and managing new business opportunities, alongside managing and growing existing accounts.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking within your customer base, and utilizing social media platforms. Your goal is to identify prospective customers that fit the parameters set out by the Company, understand their needs, and articulate how our products and services can address their challenges, leading to long-term partnerships.
2. Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, anticipating future needs, suggesting solutions, and building relationships of trust. You will be responsible for cross-selling and up-selling our extensive range of products and services, driving the organic growth of your accounts.
3. Activity and Productivity: Engage with prospective clients and existing customers regularly (minimum monthly) to ensure a continuous stream of new client acquisitions, high retention rates, and profitable growth of existing accounts.
4. Effective Communication: Communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat, with clarity, courtesy, and professionalism. Gather information about customer requirements, identify their needs, and propose solutions based on the Company's product and service offerings.
5. Internal Networking and Collaboration: Establish strong internal relationships with key stakeholders, including customer services, marketing, and product specialist teams, to provide comprehensive support to customers and share valuable feedback.
6. Product Knowledge: Become a product expert in our line of products and services to provide accurate and compelling information to clients, as well as solve any issues or concerns they may have.
7. Negotiation: Utilize your strong negotiation skills to work on pricing agreements, clearly communicating the Company's terms of sale. Your role will be pivotal in closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
8. Record Keeping: Use the Company's CRM system to keep accurate records of all interactions with customers and prospective clients, updating customer contact information and noting all business growth opportunities and their progress.

Essential:

* Minimum 1 year's experience in sales or a customer service role.
* Motivated and organized with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Ability to learn about products and services and discuss them with customers.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work to set standards and tight deadlines.
* Competency in using standard Microsoft packages.
* Ability to work calmly within a busy sales environment and handle rejection.
* Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Desirable:
* Prior experience in our industry.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Previous experience of working with customer record management systems (CRM).
