We are looking for a team player who is hard working, enthusiastic and reliable. You will be assisting the kitchen manager with all kitchen duties; kitchen porter duties may also be expected. Main duties include: Food prep Food service Basic cooking Cleaning all food stations Pot washing Ensuring all food stock is in date and meeting health and safety regulations About the Candidate This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to get his or her foot in the door with cook work and would like the opportunity to progress. We need someone who will: Be able to follow both verbal and written instructions e.g. menus, guidelines Be polite, courteous and friendly towards colleagues and pupils Be able to work as part of a team and maintain good relationships with colleagues.
