Pay: £23,146.49-£23,463.56 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

Applicants should have experience of working in a similar environment and with young people.
As key holder, the role includes opening, locking and securing the premises as part of your day/evening duties. You will patrol all areas of the college campus responding, reporting and dealing with any security issues. You will assist in general maintenance requests and general external housekeeping and groundworks. You will view/access CCTV as and when requested. In the event of a security incident, keep in regular radio contact with security staff and the Estates & Facilities Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the college Estates & Facilities department.
The successful candidate will be required to possess a 3-day First Aid at Work certificate or be willing to work towards it within 6 months. It is desirable that the candidate will also possess an IT qualification, Level 2 Equality & Diversity, NVQ level 3 in Facilities Management, and PAT training or be willing to work towards it within 12 months.
This role will include responsibilities within safeguarding and the postholder will be engaging in regulated activity.
