Your Role as a Teacher

Requirements for the Role
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching children with SEND in a specialist school setting (desirable but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of effective relational behaviour management strategies
* Resilience, stamina, and adaptability with excellent interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude toward hard work and tackling challenges
* A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of our students and their families
* Enthusiasm for working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and multidisciplinary team
* A strong commitment to student and staff well-being, aligned with our core values
* A desire to work in an organisation that supports, develops, and invests in its staff
* A proven ability to achieve positive outcomes for students
* Experience in creating engaging lesson plans and contributing to curriculum development
