My client based in Kings Lynn is looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their team. They are looking for someone who is customer focused, able to build good rapport and is confident enough to upsell and close deals.
To be considered for the Car Sales Executive role you will have previously worked in the motor trade in a Sales position.
Car Sales Executive Responsibilities:
1. Maintain full product knowledge to ensure a seamless sales process
2. Upsell and recommend additional products
3. Confidently close deals
4. Build rapport with customers to maximise sales opportunities
5. Working to and meeting all KPI’s
6. Administrative duties
Skills required for the Car Sales Executive role are:
1. Previous Sales experience is required
2. Experience in the motor trade is preferred
3. Strong organisational skills
4. Able to build good relationships with potential clients
5. You must have a full driving license to be considered for this role
Our client is offering a basic salary of £20,000 for the Car Sales Executive position. Once you have completed training and become accredited your basic salary will increase to £25,000. OTE for this role is around £50,000. As well as a competitive basic, our client is offering guaranteed commission for the first 3 months, a company car and fuel card.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8.30am till 6pm. The dealership is closed on Sundays and you will get a set day off during the week every week.
