We have an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Change Function at Compass Group as an Enterprise PMO Lead, responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO). Reporting to the Enterprise Transformation Director, the role ensures effective governance, project execution, and alignment with transformation objectives. The PMO Lead will act as a strategic advisor to the Business Transformation Steering Group, driving change initiatives across the business.
As the Enterprise PMO Lead you will be responsible for:
1. Establishing and Leading the PMO: Developing and implementing PMO structure, tools, and governance.
2. Governance & Assurance: Providing oversight on project delivery, monitoring KPIs, and reporting to senior leadership.
3. Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with senior leaders and aligning PMO activities with business strategy.
4. Change Leadership: Embedding change management principles into all transformation initiatives.
5. Risk Management: Developing frameworks to identify and mitigate risks in transformation projects.
The successful Enterprise PMO Lead will have:
* Proven experience in establishing PMO functions and delivering large-scale transformation projects.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
* Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
