We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client’s growing team. Based in Glasgow, this role requires flexibility to work away from home as needed. The successful candidate will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all site operations and ensure projects run efficiently.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
* Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
* Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
* Maintain high-quality standards throughout all work.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel and stay away when required.
* Valid UK driving licence (company van provided).
* Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred).
