With the world of Architecture & Design changing at a faster pace than ever before, what once stood out as great design no longer fits the brief. AI and digital advancements in recent years have created a greater chasm, with those studios not taking advantage, falling further and further behind. Yet with ever greater change comes ever greater opportunity, as we search for a new and forward thinking Creative Director for an atelier design firm, in order to help their continued position at the forefront of design. The platform on offer for the new Creative Director is an extremely entrepreneurial one, far away from the "business as usual" approach. The studio have a strong foundation of award winning UK & international projects covering various sectors, a robust medium sized practice in London on which grow and an extremely open minded team of Directors in which to support. There is a period of succession planning going forward and therefore the studio have identified the need for this new creative lead to take considerable ownership for the design output on global projects. One will expect to find this role both working on and in the business, leading projects and the design output whilst also working strategically across the studio to improve quality now and in the future. The new Creative Director will work with a small team of Directors currently in place, to help set the future strategy and identify where opportunities internationally may lie. AI and the advancement of digital tools in the Architectural profession will be at the forefront of your mind, as the studio are searching for long term and continued advancement. The opportunity will allow for freedom and creativity, a business culture of top level design and a long term home for the new leader. We envisage the role paying a basic salary of between £120 - £150k with bonus/profit share and potential equity on the table, however we are open to learning about the right package which may suit the best candidate.
