About the Role
A leading global insurance broker is seeking an experienced Programme Manager | Global People Transformation Lead to spearhead key business and technology transformation initiatives within their HR and People function.
This high-impact role will focus on driving large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) transformations, with a particular emphasis on Phenom and Workday implementation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the organisation’s people strategy by leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and drive cultural change.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end programme delivery for global HCM transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
* Oversee the implementation of Phenom and Workday, ensuring seamless integration across global HR functions.
* Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on people transformation strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Operations, to define, refine, and execute transformation roadmaps.
* Drive process automation and optimisation, ensuring best-in-class HR technology solutions are embedded within the organisation.
* Champion change management strategies, ensuring user adoption and engagement across diverse business units.
* Identify risks and dependencies, proactively managing challenges to ensure successful delivery.
* Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget, maintaining a strong focus on ROI and business impact.
* Provide thought leadership on HR technology trends and emerging best practices.
* Engage in international collaboration, with occasional global travel required.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Programme Manager, leading large-scale HCM transformation initiatives.
* Deep expertise in Phenom and Workday implementation on a global scale.
* Strong background in HR transformation, with a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
* A track record of delivering technology-driven change, with an appreciation for the intersection of HR and digital transformation.
* Strong knowledge of change management principles, ensuring user adoption and long-term business impact.
* Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments, aligning diverse teams towards a common transformation vision.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Experience within the insurance, financial services, or professional services sectors is highly desirable.
