Job Purpose Effectively handle the booking function for New Equipment projects and change orders in the Company booking system, by liaising with the New Equipment Sales, Commercial, Finance and Operations functions while ensuring delivery targets & deadlines are met for smooth financial and ordering control. Booking and Change Orders Compare project documents including specifications, drawings etc with customer signed versions and ensure checks are completed prior to initiating validation by other functions including Sales, Commercial, Finance and Operations, and action booking process following validation to achieve smooth financial and ordering control. Communication Establish and maintain good communications with internal stakeholders by understanding customer requirements to accurately and timely manage the input, generation and internal circulation of project documents stored on the system for the purposes of achieving smooth financial and ordering control. Team Contribute to the team objectives through collaboration, coordination, and effective communication by understanding and processing customer requirements for the purposes of achieving smooth financial and ordering control. Process Compliance Compliance with organisational processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely project booking in the system by understanding customer requirements and working closely with the necessary teams. Organisational Complexity Navigating the internal operational complexities relating to project bookings by understanding project timescales and requirements and working closely with the necessary teams.
