Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all finance and reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate HFM submissions.
* Lead, develop, and manage a finance team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
* Provide managerial review of financial reports with a focus on quality and efficiency.
* Act as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service.
* Ensure compliance with financial processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.
* Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
* Support strategic and operational finance objectives.
* Manage and strengthen customer relationships, addressing challenges proactively.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
* Proven experience in managing finance, accounting, and reporting functions within a shared service environment.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
