Job Title: Partner Engagement Excellence Expert
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Partner engagement excellence expert to support the partner program in the EMEA and APJC regions. This role requires subject matter expertise in our partner program, providing essential support to both partners and internal audiences. The support team will address partner-related questions and escalations, focusing on the go-to-market strategy. While there are no strict SLAs, the aim is to provide accurate and timely responses, which may take up to 5 days due to the complexity of the program. The support team currently operates in the Americas, and we are expanding to include one new person for EMEA and one for APJC. Training on the case management tool used by the support team will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Provide support for the 360 partner program in the EMEA and APJC regions.
* Address partner-related questions and escalations.
* Understand and convey the client's go-to-market strategy.
* Utilise a case management tool to manage support cases.
* Deliver accurate and timely responses to partner inquiries.
* Engage proactively with partners to ensure understanding and engagement in the partner ecosystem.
* Collaborate with the support team based in the Americas.
* Participate in training and onboarding processes.
