Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of 3 sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets
* Manage the resourcing of the showroom and its presentation at all times
* Monitor and analyse SME team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies
Profile of Successful Candidate:
* Experience within the furniture/interior design industry
* Prior experience in a sales, target-driven environment
* Proven track record of successfully training and motivating a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

* Base salary from £40,000 plus commission
