We are seeking a Process Operator to join our client’s team in manufacturing products in compliance with approved methods and procedures. The role involves operating production equipment safely, completing records accurately, and reporting any discrepancies to line managers.
Responsibilities
Manufacturing, filling, and packing products using batch sheets and work instructions, adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Sampling products, conducting in-process tests, and collecting samples for microbiological analysis in the QC laboratory, following documented procedures.
Monitoring and operating the Effluent Plant to comply with Water Authority consent limits.
Managing water softeners and chemical dosing units for boilers and cooling water systems, replenishing chemicals as required.
Operating FLTs, including Counterbalance, Articulated Pivot Steer, and Powered Pallet Trucks, with training provided for additional mechanical handling equipment.
Loading and unloading tankers with raw materials and finished goods in line with operating procedures.
Checking delivery notes against goods received and purchase orders and putting away inbound goods as directed by the ERP system.
Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and personal hygiene within the department.
Adhering to company procedures and regulations, and promptly reporting accidents, incidents, near misses, hazards, or quality issues to the Line Manager or SHE Manager.The candidate

Familiarity with GMP and BRCGS standards.
