Day to Day Duties
We are seeking a proactive and bilingual French-Speaking HR Assistant with a strong focus on recruitment to join our clients dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for helping organisations grow through effective recruitment.You will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative and recruitment-related tasks, particularly focusing on French-speaking candidates and personnel across multiple departments, including
Recruitment Coordination:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing candidate applications.
2. Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates, particularly focusing on French-speaking applicants.
