When you first join Eden Futures, you will be paid for completing a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced members of your team. For those new to care, we will support you to complete your Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognized Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, partnering with our provider company Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.70 - equating to an annual salary of approximately £27,440 based on a 42-hour working week. The annual salary shown is a per annum equivalent for illustration purposes only. NLW applies and will be pro-rata'd based on contracted hours.
This is a Full-Time contracted position, with shifts that can vary across days, nights, and weekends, offering you flexibility to work around your commitments.

Main Responsibilities:
* Support service users to lead a full and active life, respecting their wishes and support plans
* Ensure safety, safeguarding, and protection from abuse
* Provide emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach
* Assist with social activities, manage finances and medication, and support with personal care and healthcare
* Act as an informal contact for the service users' support circle
* Accurately report and record care-related issues
* Comply with health and safety regulations
* Maintain professional boundaries and work within organisational policies
* Demonstrate organisational values and behaviours
