After a recent management buyout, the company is now looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to lead and manage the existing sales team through the next phase of growth.
Objective
The sales manager’s primary responsibility and objective is the delivery and achievement of the annual sales target. To be successful you need to manage, motivate and mentor the external and internal sales team, on all aspects of the sales process to enable the company to meet this goal. This role is primarily a tactical/operational role, however there is a requirement to be able think and contribute strategically towards the future growth and success of the business.
