We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and expand the sale of the Company’s products to existing and potential customers in the Insulation market. This is an office-based role with potential to become hybrid after probation. Ideal candidates will have: Previous experience within outbound sales and working within the Insulation or Heating and Ventilation market The ability to demonstrate high attention to detail. A proactive approach to work with a ‘can do’, flexible attitude. The ability to work effectively, both as part of a team and autonomously, consistently to high standards of accuracy and quality. Proficiency in clear, written and verbal communication skills in English. The ability to sell to customers over the phone and by e-mail. Duties include but are not limited to: Promoting the company product range to key stakeholders from procurement, site managers, small business owners, contract managers and materials coordinators for insulation contractors, distributors and end users such as hospitals, schools and commercial buildings. Speaking to existing and potential customers using the phone, e-mail and LinkedIn. Prospecting new business using internet search engines, LinkedIn and trade publications. Seek new potential markets for products, including new customers of new applications. Develop and maintain a customer database on Membrain CRM and ensure all clients are managed as required to maximise business opportunity. Use prospecting function on CRM to develop communications with customers and ascertain potential annual spend for products with each customer to drive budgeting/forecasting. Work with the internal Sales Engineers to ensure tenders are responded to in the best manner to secure business. Manage the proposal lifecycle from initial approach to delivery of the product, working closely with internal Sales Engineers, Sales Manager and Operations team. Support operations team with responding to customer requests for deliveries and resolving issues. Maintain sales activity records and prepare and submit appropriate sales reports. Follow up on sales reports to ensure all actions are completed expeditiously.
