We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor (28 hours a week, across 6 days, flexible working days and times, including some weekends and bank holidays)
What will I be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor?
* Deliver first-class customer service in line with Nisbets expectations, ensuring all customer's needs are met and encouraging repeat business.
* Contribute to store sales targets and KPIs, including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes, and ATV to maximize profitability.
* Assist in store outreach efforts using local knowledge, which may include outbound calls, visiting customers, and participating in meetings and events.
* Perform general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to drive customer engagement and repeat business by maximizing store KPIs.
* Complete stock audits accurately, following manager guidance.
* Process customer payments in adherence to policy.
* Read, understand, and follow all retail policies communicated by your line manager.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the store to ensure a healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
* Treat all visitors with respect and consideration, using provided training to handle difficult situations positively.
* Follow Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all visitors.
* Ask questions proactively to ensure understanding of all working practices and procedures.
