* West Suffolk College - Bury St Edmunds
* 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
* Salary: £28,443 per annum - £40,350 per annum (Dependent on teaching qualification and experience*)

What You'll Be Doing:
* Teaching and mentoring: Guide, assess, and inspire students in both practical and theoretical hospitality skills, ensuring they meet industry standards.
* Restaurant management: Take charge of daily operations, including bookings, service, and bar stock management, delivering a first-class dining experience.
* Event coordination: Organise and oversee events and functions, ensuring they run smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach and assess students' skills, monitor their progress, and keep accurate records of achievements.
* Manage restaurant operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both students and customers.
* Track and report student progress, providing support and intervention as needed.
* Lead on social media strategy to promote the restaurant and build community engagement.
