Salary: 90- 100 per day (depending on experience)

An inclusive and welcoming secondary school in Haringey is looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in January. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students, helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Your Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to students with diverse SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
* Assist teachers in creating and adapting lesson materials to suit individual learning styles.
* Work one-on-one and with small groups to engage students with the curriculum.
* Promote positive behaviour and social interaction among students.
* Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Monitor and track student progress, sharing updates with teachers and parents.
