Job summary The Director of Education and Organisational Development (OD) role is a leadership position in the Trust, reporting directly to our Chief People Officer. This is a broad strategic role, with significant Board exposure and responsibility for the design and delivery of a strategic plan for Culture and Leadership development and the implementation of a new Learning and Education Strategy.
