Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our busy and expanding Manchester Infrastructure team, supporting our clients in delivering construction infrastructure projects and programmes across North West England.
This role suits Project Managers with experience in rail, water/utilities, or highways sectors, with a good understanding of relevant processes. NEC accreditation is preferred.
Typically, Project Managers handle commissions of varying sizes, usually between £1m to £10m, depending on project complexity. Supporting roles may involve larger projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead Project Management commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.
* Support on major commissions, managing specific aspects of service delivery.
* Ensure client objectives are met, projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Assist clients in transitioning to Net Zero and enhancing sustainability.
Qualifications
* Degree in a construction-related subject.
* Chartered or qualified status with ICE, APM, RICS, or similar is preferred.
