Acting as the principal agent for a selection of key estate management clients representing prominent Estates Undertaking estate and farming business reviews Handling diversification projects Assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land Managing and leading a high-performing team Maintaining strong relationships with both private Estates and corporate clients Identifying and delivering income growth opportunities Mentoring team members and providing career development opportunities Maximising cross-selling opportunities with other teams throughout the UK What do I need? We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills: MRICS qualified rural surveyor (FAAV an advantage) with diverse project experience Strong track record in rural asset and estate management Excellent organisational and planning skills Proven leadership potential, capable of building relationships with clients and generating new opportunities Ability to work under pressure with good time management and prioritisation skills Accuracy and attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence and composure in client and team interactions Understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion Proficiency in IT, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to network, influence, and negotiate effectively Who for?
