Our client is a very well established International Freight Forwarder looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills to join their Key Accounts Team.
Looking after Imports for a key client, this role will involve all aspects of Import Operations and Customer Service including the following:
1. Offer a high standard of customer care to both internal and external customers, by providing accurate and appropriate information and demonstrating a professional, helpful and positive manner.
2. Deal with any communication into and out of the department in a customer focused, professional manner and build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues throughout the Company.
3. Ensure that all documentation, records and systems are accurate and kept up to date.
4. Attend internal team meetings with the Client.
5. Work with the supply chain team on supplier compliance, managing supplier performance and working with them to follow documentation and information performance.
Looking for a Trainee level candidate who is able to demonstrate a strong interest in Logistics and Freight Forwarding with excellent IT & Communication skills.
