One of the values of Community Integrated Care is our passion for our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April.
Our promise has always been clear: we will do everything in our power to improve pay for colleagues.
So, until 31 March your pay will be £11.94 per hour and then from the 1 April, it will increase to £12.62 per hour.
Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
2. Assist with household tasks and mobility support
3. Respectfully engage with service users to promote independence
4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required
5. Attend training sessions and team meetings as necessary
