The successful Personal Assistant will provide essential support to the Clinical Occupational Therapist and the Property Lead.

The Personal Assistant Role
Further responsibilities include:
1. Researching property markets using online portals
2. Log details of property details on client records
3. Liaise with estate agents, landlords, developers, clients and their legal teams
4. Set up property viewings and other appointments
5. Negotiating adaptation work and reinstatements with landlords (training provided)
6. Handling tenancy or purchase negotiations
7. Maintaining case notes and updates on IT systems
8. Producing progress reports and market reviews
The Personal Assistant
9. Have significant experience as an Administrator or EA / PA
10. Previous experience in estate agency or construction industry is desirable but not essential
11. Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
12. Possess excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
