Receive and consider customer appeals in relation to decisions made. Produce and deliver reports by collecting, interpreting and evaluating all relevant data and customer information. Assess customer responses and make decisions using information provided and already held by us to decide if a financial or criminal sanction should be pursued. Record rationale for their actions.
