Key responsibilities include booking meetings, assisting with agenda creation, producing accurate minutes, and handling other delegated administrative tasks. Through clear and effective communication, the Administrator will ensure that both internal and external contacts receive exceptional service at all times. You will provide various administrative services, including document handling, correspondence, and data entry, while maintaining confidentiality. The role involves using Microsoft applications, organizing mail, booking travel, and using clinical record systems to manage referrals, discharges, and appointments. What were looking for: GCSE English and Maths to grade 4/5 (or equivalent) Experience working within an admin role or a customer facing service Ability to prioritise own workload and work towards deadlines Excellent communication skills Ability to
