We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a growing utilities organisation as a Client Liaison Advisor.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to managing billing and payment-related inquiries. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
* Customer Interaction :
* Handle inbound calls and emails related to billing queries and payments.
* Resolve customer complaints in line with business process timeframes.
* Adhere to customer satisfaction criteria and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Billing and Payments :
* Process customer payments and update accounts promptly and accurately.
* Identify and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
* Operational Excellence :
* Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
* Maintain current policies in line with business requirements.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the office manager as needed.
* Ensure compliance with contracts and business obligations.
* Regulatory Compliance :
* Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and GDPR.
* Stay updated on relevant regulations and apply them within the department.
* Upselling and Promotion :
* Proactively promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase profitability.
* Team Collaboration :
* Coordinate with team members to resolve customer issues.
