An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Stop Smoking Advisor to work for Change Grow Live, SmokeFree Hull The post holder will provide high quality stop smoking service to individuals aged 12 living in Hull. The interventions will be delivered face to face in the community and/or remotely, and on an individual or group basis, with the aim to supporting people to quit smoking and live a healthier, happier life. The post-holder will be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required and work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. The post-holder will be expected to take responsibility for personal development and training needs and to participate in one to one’s and appraisal.
