Customer Services Exec
Location: Doncaster, DN9
Salary: c.£25k
Hours: Mon-Fri; 7.30am-4.30pm Mon – Thurs, finishing at 4pm on Friday
Customer Services Exec Duties:
1. Processing orders and answering customer queries via email and over the phone.
2. Communicating effectively with customers on the status of their orders, usually via email for worldwide customers.
3. Ensuring orders are inputted accurately by liaising regularly with colleagues in sales, warehousing, and purchasing.
4. Resolving queries and complaints, primarily via email.
Customer Services Exec Requirements:
1. Excellent administration and data inputting skills, especially with Excel.
2. Experience responding to queries quickly and thoroughly.
3. A keen eye for detail; being methodical and accurate is important, as is the ability to prioritize activities.
