What You Will Be Doing To Make a Difference
* Spending time with and supervising 9 youth in a small, home-like environment
* Providing support and encouragement to youth
* Planning and participating in activities such as hiking, field trips, shopping that assists youths in learning life skills
* Assist youths with their service goals including homework help, coping skills and behavior management
* Acting as a positive role model to support youth wellbeing
* Driving is required
Schedule: Must be available to work evenings (3p-11p or 4p-12a) and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays); Full Time role; 40 hours per week with Benefits!

Requirements
* The desire to work with youth
* Residential/Group Home Experience Preferred
* Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record
