Our client, a leading property agency specialising in residential, agricultural, and development properties, is seeking a qualified rural surveyor to join their North Lancashire office in Garstang and drive forward new and existing opportunities.
Position Overview
As a Rural Chartered Surveyor, you will work with a diverse rural client base throughout Lancashire, providing expert advice on valuations, property agency, planning and development, land and estate management, and other emerging opportunities, contributing to the firm's growth and success.
Responsibilities
* Conduct valuations for various rural property types and purposes
* Manage sales and lettings of rural properties
* Provide strategic advice on planning, development, and land management
* Deliver rural and agri-business consultancy services
* Assist in training and development of junior team members
* Network and connect with key stakeholders in the industry
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
* RICS accreditation and/or CAAV membership
* Strong ability to network and build relationships
* Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to deliver well-thought-out advice to clients
* Effective management of a varied workload
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
