Responsibilities
* Provide line managers with coaching on employee relations topics such as performance, absence, ill health, disciplinary, and grievances.
* Ensure the consistent interpretation and application of HR policies.
* Support managers through change management.
* Assist in the review and updating of HR policies and embedding these within the organisation.
* Support managers with offers of employment including appropriate job grading.
* Address employee relations issues including disciplinary actions and grievances.
Qualifications
As part of the HR Operations team, you will work alongside HRBPs and an HRSS function based in Europe and America, as well as the Talent Acquisition team. We are a close-knit HR community who meet and support each other regularly.
This is a phenomenal opportunity to develop your experience with a global organisation and directly support approximately 300 employees at our Wilmslow & Longbridge sites.
We ask that you have:
* Experience in a similar HR role supporting managers on a day-to-day basis.
* An understanding of HR principles, theories, and concepts.
* Coaching experience, supporting people leaders with managing performance and implementing policies and procedures.
* Experience with change management and collective consultations.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and experience in employee relations.
* You will primarily be based in Wilmslow (Hybrid Model) with travel to the Longbridge site (Birmingham) to support the management team on a monthly basis.
