You will be responsible for assisting in managing relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring timely communication and support.
Main Responsibilities
1. Support the sales team in processing customer and partner inquiries, quotes, and orders.
2. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer/partner satisfaction.
3. Maintain and update customer/partner sales records, contracts, and agreements.
4. Prepare reports and presentations on channel performance and sales trends.
5. Assist in executing sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and partner programs.
6. Monitor and track partner performance, identifying areas for improvement.
7. Handle administrative tasks related to channel sales operations.
8. Provide support for partner training sessions and events.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Project Management, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in sales support, channel sales, or a related role (preferred).
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (speak Chinese and English natively).
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (especially on Excel).
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
