psd has recruited in the Leisure and Retail Sectors for over 30 years. We work at a senior management and board level across hotels, pubs, restaurants, leisure companies, and major retailers resourcing real estate, construction, project management, and managing director level positions. We now need to strengthen our team with the sourcing of an experienced recruitment consultant. It is not necessary that the successful candidate has worked in the real estate or hospitality/leisure recruitment sectors, but it would be useful if they have.
The role:
The role will focus on a range of senior level positions and will require the individual to develop senior level contacts at CEO, Managing Director, and Property Director level across the UK. You will work closely with Martin Cragg, Director, and an established Hospitality & Leisure team. The blend of assignments will include Executive Search assignments and senior level Contingency work.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of achievement within a recruitment/executive search consultant role.
* Experience of delivering assignments at mid to senior level.
* Ability to proactively build a client base from existing and new contacts and deliver a broad range of search and selection services.
