Area to be covered: National - ideally based Midlands / South EastRemuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + £20,000-£30,000 uncapped Commission

The role of the Business Development Manager - Commercial Solar will involve:
1. Field sales position selling the full turn-key installation of commercial solar
2. 60% of your time selling into and managing relationships with business owners/ building owner end users
3. 40% time with M&E contractors and main contractors
4. Our client is moving away from agricultural end users to focus on commercial and industrial sectors
5. Typical projects include manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, anywhere that consumes a lot of electricity and has a large roof!
6. Typical project sizes £150-£1m
7. Projects can vary in length from 3 months for a 50kw project up to 9-12 months for MW projects (4-6 months for 300-500KW)
