Description Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2026 | £48,610 to £52,594 per annum (Scale L) 8% Market Supplement | 37 hours per week | County Hall We are looking for a qualified solicitor, barrister or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives to join our planning team and contribute to the high quality and solution focused service for our clients. Your role will include advising Local Planning Authority and Highway Authority clients; providing clear and practical advice on all aspects of planning and highway law. A strong, current, working knowledge of planning and highway law is essential. You will have excellent legal research skills including using online resources and have the ability to apply this to practical situations. You will have excellent client care and communication skills, a positive and flexible attitude, and be an effective team player. We are currently working in a hybrid way and attendance in the office is dependent on workload, business need, and individual circumstances. We will consider applications for full time, part time and job share working patterns.
