The Role: Based on the hire desk in our customer office, the Customer Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all administration between the customer ad GAP Group is dealt with in an efficient manner. This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for managing customer queries, liaising with GAP Group depots and Head Office to ensure the customer's requirements are being met and identifying recurring issues and providing solutions. This is a varied and challenging role which will involve managing invoice and credit queries, collating weekly KPI data and producing reports when required. About You Successful applicants should demonstrate the following: • Significant experience working within an administration and customer service role, preferably within in the Construction/Hire industry. • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment whilst building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders • Excellent administration skills with experience using MS Office packages and strong attention to detail • Driving licence is preferred by not essential About Us GAP Hire Solutions now has 10 divisions offering the hire of equipment throughout the UK.
