Job Title: Early Years Practitioner Location: North West England, Lancashire, Poulton-le-Fylde Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £12.85 - £13.50 Per hour Job Duties: Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of children in the early years setting Provide a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning and development Observe, assess, and record children's progress and share with parents and caregivers Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate activities Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the setting Required Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent Valid DBS check First Aid certification Education: Minimum of Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in an early years setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong observational and assessment skills Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 Safeguarding qualification SEN training Working Conditions: Work in an early years setting with young children Full-time hours, temporary position Possibility of working evenings and weekends All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
