Job Details:
Salary: £41,750 - £49,559 per annum (pro-rata)
Contract: Fixed-term contract - 12 months
Hours: Full-time: 10 Programmed Activities
On call: None
Location: Grovelands, Grove Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 4XH
Qualifications needed:
* Full GMC Registration with a license to practice
* Mastery in the management of a broad range of mental disorders in children, including neurodevelopmental disorders
* At least 2 years of postgraduate experience

Job description:
Job responsibilities:
* Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to children and young people with mental health needs, across Redbridge.
* Provide medical support to the team, and direct input on clinical cases.
* Work directly with children and young people and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external CAMHS mental health providers, and acute hospitals.
* Work alongside the three CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrists and three Specialty Doctors within the service.
* Develop links already established with the local acute trusts A& E departments and inpatient wards.
* Be responsible for patients allocated to them and will assess, manage, plan, and deliver care.
* Support your peers and the team manager and be an effective team member whilst working on their own initiative.
* Supervise junior colleagues and liaise with other health and social professionals and agencies.
