purpose of the role
The Change Manager will play a key role in directing, designing and planning change management initiatives that enable desired organisational change with positive benefits and minimum disruption of business processes. This pivotal role will work with high profile clients to promote and deliver messaging and adoption of impactful solutions to help clients drive toward their human capital goals. This position will focus on change management, communications, organisational transformation, key adoption strategies and supporting metrics.
Uses a framework approach to plan and manage change projects that address the organisation’s needs to modify structure and procedures due to changes in Human Capital Management. Develops detailed project plans to define each phase’s timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies. Follows Organisational Change Management (OCM) methodologies to conduct assessments of the current state, analyze stakeholders, identify risks, and establish the goals and milestones of changes.
The Senior Change Manager has a high degree of independence and deals with senior level stakeholders, workers and/or profiles. The senior role applies to the team but also to other project managers within the department, for example by being a mentor, potentially a manager of a small team and responsible for onboarding and training new colleagues, leading meetings, sharing best practices within the team and developing new ways of working to improve efficiency and quality.
The Change Manager maintains a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes. Enables the change management phase by creating and delivering communications, training and transition plans for managers and employees and deploying required resources or interim support. Develops and presents key outputs and tools to execute change plans that include outlined documentation for executives and project stakeholders. Establishes a post implementation monitoring process to measure the results of change and make the necessary course corrections. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May provide input into developing the budget.
The change manager will provide direct support through the relevant implementation team members during implementations and provide coaching/consultation to program team members after project completion.
The Change Manager will be a focal and critical point of contact for the client counterpart, particularly in global and program complexity projects where the client Change Management team may take a lead role.

9. Extensive experience in change management, preferably in a HR/Staffing environment.
10. Proven experience in designing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
12. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
13. Change management certifications (, Prosci, Adkar, ACMP) are highly desirable.
