Job Role: Client Onboarding Executive
We are seeking organised, customer-focused individuals to join our team. Working collaboratively, you will be required to prioritise and service the whole of the firm in centrally opening all the Firm’s files and gathering appropriate identification required for all of our legal departments.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with clients in a courteous and helpful manner while following legal guidance, policies, and procedures.
2. Open all the Firm’s files, creating each matter appropriately within the Firm’s case management system.
3. Work closely with our Risk and Compliance team on any issues relating to client identification.
4. Chase clients to progress matters and handle client queries, advising on services offered.
5. Ensure accuracy in inputting all data onto the relevant case management system while maintaining confidentiality.
You are someone who enjoys working as part of a team, communicating clearly with clients and demonstrating an excellent telephone manner. You pride yourself on your organisation, accuracy, and time management. Ideally, you will have used a case management system and be very comfortable using multiple IT systems.
