Responsibilities
The Role:
* Investigate and manage product quality complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
* Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
* Lead internal consistency panels to maintain product quality.
* Maintain the Authenticate tracking system for raw material traceability.
* Oversee Brandbank management, ensuring accurate product specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
Qualifications
The Candidate:
* Proven experience in product quality management, ideally within the food industry.
* Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
* Familiarity with Authenticate or similar tracking systems.
* Experience managing Brandbank or similar databases.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
